$8.00 These packs are amazing for every day aches and pains and SUPER for post partum. You put the pack into the microwave for approx. 90 seconds (all microwaves vary, so please start low and add time if needed) and apply to the area that needs heat. Do NOT allow children to use unsupervised.
You choose the outer fabric: cotton, flannel, fleece, or terry. Prints will vary.
